of Health and Consolidated Laboratories.
- All domestic sewage shall
be disposed of by an approved method of collection, treatment, and effluent
discharge. Domestic sewage or sewage effluent shall not be disposed of
in any manner that will cause pollution of the ground surface, ground

shall not be discharged into any abandoned or unused well, or into any
crevice, sink hole, or other opening either natural or artificial in a
rock formation.

bathrooms, kitchens, laundry fixtures, and other household plumbing shall
pass through a septic or other approved sedimentation tank prior to its
discharge into the soil or into a sand filter.
- Rubbish, garbage, and other
refuse must be stored in readily cleanable containers and removed from
the home at least every second day. Rubbish, garbage, and other refuse
kept outside of the home must be stored in readily cleanable, rodent proof
containers and disposed of weekly.
- The home must be free of
animal feces, urine, and hair.
- Drinking water must be
obtained from an approved community water system or from a source tested
and approved by the State Department of Health and Consolidated Laboratories.
A copy of the report approving the water source must be submitted to the
Department or its designee every two years.
- Milk
must be obtained from an approved commercial source.
- Soiled and dirty linens
and clothing shall be stored in containers in an area separate from food
storage, kitchen, or dining areas.
